Wine Education for hospitality staff has never been more accessible. Wine 101 Online is a 14 module 7.5 hour course that is broken into digestible video presentations, each one followed by a quiz. The quizzes can be taken  as any times as necessary  to remember the information. These videos and quizzes  cover many of the topics that are  encountered on a daily basis, and will  help answer questions, and better serve customers. In addition to the details on each of the slides, much verbal information is  given , as I go thru each one, so taking notes is suggested. The modules are delivered, one at a time in the order that they are intended, so you cannot skip ahead. This is to ensure that all the information makes sense, and you get the most from the course. This is something that anyone with a mobile phone or computer can access, and do on their own time and pace.
