We are going to start a more intimate journey of the amazing wines from the region of France called Bourgogne! (Burgundy in English) But this time we are going to break it down into the different regions of this historic area of the world. Randomly, In this class we will focus on The Côte de Beaune. This is the southern half of the faouns Cote d'or! So many great wines come from this region, and we will taste 4  of them, and learn a bit more about this region of Bourgogne! If you are a lover of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and have never really ventured out past most of the domestic options. I encourage you to try where they come from, and the expressions found in this beautiful area of the world.
