No more racking your brain about what wine to serve with dinner at home or order at restaurants. This class will help you understand the basic elements of food and wine pairing. Students will experience several different  styles of wine and how to pair them with different components (sweet, sour, spice, salt) so that you can taste for yourself what works or what doesn’t and why. By the end of the class, you will have developed the skills to think on your feet when the need arises whether at home in front of your wine selection, or at your local wine shop.
