ABOUT THE WINE:

GRAPE: 100% Pinot Noir
• Perfumed with fresh raspberry, macerated strawberries and spice, all sitting atop a bed of rocks and fresh earth! Fresh and vibrant on the palate with ‘crunchy’ moderate tannin.
• Kermit Lynch (importer of this wine) says he likes Regis Bouviers’ wines both young and aged.
Pairs with grilled pork, Beef tenderloin, bleu cheese, as well as other strong cheeses, charcuterie, grilled salmon, grilled poultry and black bean dishes, mushroom or truffle dishes. 

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Regis Bouvier is located in the Cotes du Nuits in Marsannay Village. He has been making wines since 1981, and makes a total of 6K cases a year of several different villages, including his Bourgogne appellation wines.
• Farms sustainably using the French ‘lutte raisonee’ approach; no synthetic chemical inputs, as well as low intervention winemaking
• Also this is a Kermit Lynch Wine Import;  one of the best (and first) importers of French wines in the USA. A great resource for wines that have a ‘sense of the place they come from’ (terroir) Sourced for import to our tables,  with honesty and integrity, and the sheer love of wine.
