ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot
Fresh with powdered tannin, blackberry, blackcurrent, cigar box, cedar and smoky notes.
• Aging: 12 months in barrel, 1/3 new each year. Decant in a glass pitcher for about an hour for the best enjoyment
Pairs with classic grilled steak (ribeye) roasts (beef, pork or lamb) Black beans and rice, Strong cheeses, roasted vegetables

• Beautiful, historic property that has been producing wine since 1846
