• Fresh and intense with fresh wild berries and roses. Persistant bubbles on the palate, carrying
those ripe wild berries; Slightly sweet, but not overtly, with a crisp clean finish.
• Ancestrale Method Sparkling Wine
• Pairs with Tapas, cheeses, appetizers or wild berry galette or creme caramel.
Perfect as an apertif, or at the end of a fabulous meal GREAT Breakfast/Brunch wine; with egg dishes, bacon, sausages,
crepes, pancakes and fruit breads!
