Tip: DECANT ME, for at least an hour. Use a glass pitcher if you don’t have a decanter.

 

ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 100% Merlot
• TASTE: Aromas and flavors of Black and red plums, with cassis, leather and dark chocolate. Very plush and fresh, with silky tannins.
• Saint Emilion is a world UNESCO heritage site
• PAIR WITH: Roasted duck, lamb, pork, beef and grilled chicken, BBQ, Stews and Cassoulet! Savory spiced Indian/asian dishes (not  ‘heat’ spice)

ABOUT THE WINERY
• Produced at a very reputable cooperative in Bordeaux: Union de Producteurs who have existed for 80+ years
• Excellent winemaking equipment and cellars
• Represents 12% of all Saint Emilion wine!
