• Fermented and aged in Stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit flavors
• Pairs mushroom risotto, pizza with gorgonzola, hamburgers, bratwurst and of course pasta with red sauce! Egglplant parmigiana please!

• Well regarded Cooperative in the Langhe wine region that began in 1958 and helped save some families livelihoods. Now 300 growers strong!
