• GRAPES: 90% Sanggvese 10% Canaiolo
• Elegant and structured with firm tannin. Fresh and rich with black cherries, violets, tobacco and warm earth. 
• Certified Organic grapes 
• Pairs with Bolognese, hearty tomato sauces with meatballs and sausage, Braciole, pasta, wild mushroom ragus, salumi and strong cheeses. Any grilled or braised beef or pork dishes, with strong umami flavours!

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Vineyards are at 420 m above sea level, and are biodiverse with forests, and olive groves
• Organically certified vineyards since 2006; Low intervention in the cellar
• Sells high end, low acid olive oil from its olive groves
