• GRAPE:80% Gamay/20% Poulsard
Fresh and  intense with fresh wild berries and roses. Persistant bubbles on the palate, carrying 
those ripe wild berries; Slightly sweet, but not overtly, with a crisp clean finish.
• Ancestrale Method Sparkling Wine
Pairs with Tapas, cheeses, appetizers or wild berry galette or creme caramel. 
Perfect as an apertif, or at the end of a fabulous meal GREAT Breakfast/Brunch wine; with egg dishes, bacon, sausages,
crepes, pancakes and fruit breads! 
It is only 8% Abv..so you don't have to have a nap!
