ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: Cabernet Sauvignon 
• TASTE: Aromas and flavors of Black currants, blackberries, blueberries and black cherries, with a hint of dried herbs and spicy oak. Structured  with medium/full body and powdery tannin.
25% aged in New French Oak
• Pairs with : Grilled Ribeye steak, Wagyu Burgers, short ribs, Grilled meats, and black bean or  mushroom dishes.
