ABOUT THE WINE:
• Grapes: Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada
• Creamy fine bubbles with fresh apples, citrus, and toasty brioche notes
• From Penedes Spain (close to Barcelona)
• Made in Traditional Method (same way Champagne is made) with 36 months (qualifying it to put Gran Reserva
on the label) in the cellar on its lees, which makes it creamy and rich tasting. This is really an amazing Cava anddrinks a lot like a Champagne.• Brut Nature, (as opposed to just Brut) means there is no dosage added at the end.
• Just awarded a gold medal and Best Cava (out of 613!) by Vitis Mundi this Spring 2021.
